    My neighbors snowplow driver would push some of the snow from my neighbors driveway and push it ten feet onto my lawn, digging up my grass. Every spring I had to fix the lawn. After 2-3 years of that I put two huge rocks in that area near the road. He hit the rock one time and never pushed snow into my yard again. I asked the guy nicely twice and he didn't listen.

    My white birch was like that in the 2011 Halloween storm, rested on the porch, had to cut it down.

    You know how these things work, storms pop up out of nowhere, we have the cold, that's the first ingredient.

    I remember one year we had a clipper diving south and stalled off of Long Island, you'd have to ask Will the storm, I'm sure he remembers.

    Looks like snow showers sweeping through Ct too.

    Those quick hit 20 inchers were great, go to bed at 11 wake up to 20 inches, those storms were great but nothing wrong with a stalled low and it snows for 36 hours either.

    How long did that trip take?

    That might be better and get more people but I'm still open to December.

    I want to get one next year, but I'll wait until I move to Maine. I'll sell the gas one, EGO seems to have the most powerful electric tools.

    Wire to wire would be great, doesn't happen often.

    I have a special mirror where you don't have to flip that switch and it gives me a wider view, where the high beams get me is on the side mirror.

    I remember that working out one time when the back end gave me 5 inches frozen solid with an ice undercoat.

    I've had that happen too, but a lot of times people just leave the highs on and don't care that they're blinding you.

    7th, 14th and the 21st all good for me.

    In Dec 2007 we had three good storms in a short time and had a nice pack heading into Christmas, that was the year it poured cats and dogs Christman Eve and wiped the pack out by Christmas morning.

    I was up in Maine today and this morning the small ponds had a skim of ice.
