    Dropped from 40 to 34 pretty quick so I'm hoping for snow soon.

    34 still light rain guess it's moving west to east so hopefully soon I get a changeover.

    Temp just dropped 3 degrees so snow should pick up and start sticking soon.

    Im at 40 now but it looks like the temp will drop quick once we get into it.

    Saw quite a few ice fisherman on one of the larger ponds in the area today, also the Connecticut River was almost totally frozen in Springfield, a few open spots but another week and it may be solid.

    2015 started on January 26th so there's still time to pull off a good year, I wouldn't mind a lot of nickel and dime events either but would always welcome a 20+ incher.

    He is, not far from me but maybe better to set expectations low and be surprised.

    My sister was a lifer, sometime ending up in the ER when she was younger, but they give her something now that has almost eliminated them, I'll have to ask her what it is, she's 61 now so maybe age related too.

    I think you do better than that but probably best to be more conservative at this point.

    That was the year I had 7 nights in a row below zero, he has 6 out 7 on that graph, I had two mornings -20, I lived in a good rad spot that year. The Connecticut River was frozen solid for a few weeks that year.
