If your in the snow and ice business this type of blown call is frustrating. Snowing nicely in Dupage County and all roads covered. Suspect on a Friday night with no real expectation for travel impacts based on forecasting this will create some issues.

was never too invested in this. Look at the brightside, snow melt season will remain easier. I will be following due to the historic nature of the event unfolding in minny. Be interesting to see if the model consistency for days on this verifies.

If I can't get the minny blizzard I'll take the heavy rain over ice with high winds anyday. Amazing how all of us are on track for a historic winter, and yet one area will be completely remembered for the opposite of a non winter. Weather always wins....

LOT really isn' buying into that defo band crossing the metro it seems. Basically, cutting amounts in most zones by a couple inches. I see Dupage had been 2-4, now slashed to perhaps an inch. The winter of 22-23 takes another victim.

This winter is going to break some people.
