December total 1.95"...4.3" snowfall. Highest temp 58. Lowest 13
Snowiest Dec here since 2009, but 2017 was 4.2" so about the same.
Annual totals for 2025...
40.37" precip. (Bit BN)
22.5" snowfall (AN)
Highest temp 95, Lowest 4
Down to 15f when I left the house. DP 11.. .. quite cold for our location, in early December.
ETA: tidal South River showing a small bit of open water, but generally frozen over. The (fresh water) swamp pond is plenty frozen.
The swamp/pond seems to be fully frozen over this morning. Tidal South River partially frozen and thinner, as expected
Low temp 25 with plenty of windshield scraping
Another 0.05 overnight;
Plus this; Almost the whole Southeast, including North Central FLA, under freeze warning on November 10. I'd call this about a month (or more) ahead of normal.
I see that text, but I would call that snowfall map average to a bit below average.
Looks like a good report though.( I didn't read the whole thing, I confess)
