  1. Davidsonville, MD (NWS LWX spotter network always calls it Crownsville, which is actually closer) 1/3/22 - 10.0" 1/7/22 - 4.0" 1/16/22 - 2.0” Total: 16.0”
  2. You may add my eyeballs to that score. Tidal South River was higher than I've seen over the year. Lotta ice too.
  3. Temp climbed to 42 overnight. Currently 33 with mist and bit of wind
  4. Don't worry; they'll adjust it to 1.4 later this week. 2.0" here before change
  5. Davidsonville /Crofton area of AACo. Some of the hollys that took it hard this year had deformed tops from the previous ice storm. Maybe 10 years ago.
  6. 24f and SN. Enjoyed a few hours working on trees destroyed in the Jan 3 storm. Mostly hollys.
  7. This line is wide open for gags. (Especially on this forum. )
  8. Surprised they didn't mention power outage with those numbers, considering the recent difficulties.
  9. Midnight low of 16. Climbed to 21 by dawn. Yesterday's high 28 ETA: Tidal South River frozen bank to bank, probably for the first time this winter. (at Md Rt 450)
  10. 22f. No snow for us; home nor work.
  11. 16/12 Still falling a bit, but 16 is probably my low.
  12. Set my storm total at 9.5". AACo. Had a few yard readings at 10+, but also some lesser. Phenomenal compaction between readings. At 8am had about 1.5 on the picnic table but 3" on my car. Took a pic of the ruler while cleaning the car, but by the time I got to work the thread was kind of beyond that so never posted it. Power out most all day both home and work. Woodstove keeping the house toasty now.
  13. Oh, those are some sweet looking Gravelys. (I suppose after 30 mins of blowing I would get over my nostalgia and retreat to the dry cab of the Kubota)
  14. 0.13" by obs last evening plus about 0.13 more since. So, drizzled and showered our way to about 0.26" so far.
  15. Feb 2015...Only 1979 was colder at IAD. Only 1934 was colder at BWI/Balto.
  16. Stronger sun just breaking though at Annapolis. (10:45 am) Was quite overcast all morning with a swooshing low level cloud that I'm not quite capable of identifying. Last night's gauge reading 0.01" (Bleh)
  17. Solid one dot rain here now. Shouldn't complain, it was a pleasant day, hi 68. Happy Christmas all. May the grace of the Christ Child be with you. (Remember, He is known as El Nino)
  18. Midnight low of 36.5f according to the Davis. Was below freezing in the evening. Warmed to 39 by dawn.
  19. -- that's the boldest forecast we've seen... Obviously hasn't read the MA Forum Snowfall Contest.
  20. 0.13" overnight. Clearing enough to see the moon now. 33f ETA: Fog. Don't forget patchy fog.
  21. But...we were all 28 years younger then. (Strong as an ox, and nearly as smart.)
