  1. Are you golfing near me today? Earlier I heard a beastly fellow scream “FORE!!!” and instantly thought of you
  2. @BxEngine was there full leaf out in the Keys? It’s moving along here, forsythia just about full green now with many buds on trees, some small leaves depending on tree type.
  3. I was on the Island for a wedding last weekend, first time in a long time, and noticed how crazy the driving was too, ridiculous

  5. Yea, that area got nailed, many still without power. Broome County had a travel ban, not sure of that status this morning. If you click on the map and zoom in you can see just how many outages they are still working through. https://outagemap.nyseg.com
  6. Check that, still some remnants of snow along the woods line.
  7. When I got up at 1am the cars and deck were covered with a coating, all gone this morning. 1.22” through the tipper, low of 33, up to 37 now
  8. Walt posted about it in the NW burbs thread
  9. Thanks for your thoughts Walt, Happy Easter!

  11. My daffodils have/are opening this week, you?
  12. If I still had my Vantage Vue without a FARS I probably wouldn't hit that already. I had notorious high highs on that on sunny days especially in the spring.
  13. 86/60 up here in Orange County
  14. High of 86 so far at home, 85/60 currently.
  15. CoCoRaHS map this morning reports 13.0" of snowfall there this week, Red Lodge, MT to their SW reporting 20.1" for the week. Two of the higher reports out of North Dakota for the week at this early hour is 19.0" in Bismarck and 19.2" near Grand Forks, more reports could come in later this morning. With all that wind though, who knows for sure. Impressive.
  16. I reached 80 for a bit over here.
  17. A friend reporting snow in Sparrowbush, the NW part of Orange County
  18. .35” today which has caused the Wallkill to flatline in its decline, even go up just a touch
  19. If you click on the links above you can see how much quicker Wappingers Creek is receding in comparison to the Wallkill River, which is always slower to recede here upstream from the dams. Here is a link to the gauge on the Wallkill downstream from the dams, it’s receding more quickly. https://waterdata.usgs.gov/monitoring-location/01371500/#parameterCode=00065&period=P7D
  20. The typical houses on Stony Ford Rd along the Wallkill River flooded out currently.
  21. I see that the Wappinger Creek over in Dutchess County is still rising: https://waterdata.usgs.gov/monitoring-location/01372500/#parameterCode=00065&period=P7D
