    My wife has been doing it for 20 plus years, no kids trying that with her, that would be a big mistake. That said, it’s incredible how soft parents in general have become. I set these up all the time, glad to see you slammed this one home, we have to pick up our game as we head into the busy season.

    Typically you want a wet spring and dry fall for vibrant colors but they don’t hold on as long so we’ll see. I definitely have trees dropping leaves here. .93” for the month here

    Made it to 36 this morning, KMGJ up the road made it to 35 in between the hourly reading.

    I've had 40's way up here a few times already but this morning the coolest of the season thus far, bottomed out at 42.

    It was doing it for me for a few weeks and only got worse this week which I figured was traffic making the issue worse.

    If the cold water doesn’t have pressure but the hot does then it’s something in your cold supply line, is the filter just on the cold water? Might be time to replace that filter.
