    there's good reason to...the PAC remains hostile and outside of the xmas outbreak arctic air has been non existent for the most part unless you're out west.

    I think I had 5 or 6 inches in that winter-one storm around 1/20 or so which seems to be the norm is real bad winters like 01-02, 11-12, etc

    getting shut out is tough...even the awful winter of 97-98 had a surprise 5 inch slopstorm in late march to ruin the futility record...

    winds were a bigger deal here but rains busted....some good sized limbs down around town.

    Wild winds at 4am but the rain was largely a bust-models had 2 inches we got about .50
