I feel like if I never combined that Bang energy drink, 2-3 beers during football game, and that 500 mg caffeine preworkout none of this ever happens though. I feel like there was a reason this occurred, it wasn't random. That's the part that is getting me. Did all of that throw me over the edge to a place I can never recover from? -

Went to Urgent care, general doctor, and cardiologist the last few days. However, I don't agree with the diagnoses. Got an EKG and Echo done at Cardiologist and they said my heart is the strongest they've seen. The cardiologist said it's most likely subconscious extreme panic/anxiety attacks. Which is weird, because I am not really stressed out about anything at all. (Besides my moms cancer) I asked about AFIB and the doctor said right now you're not experiencing that at all and based on the test results never really had an occurrence of it. My worst episodes come at night around 1-3am and wake me up from a deep sleep. My other severe episodes came watching a football game and a disney movie. I'm currently on a 24 hour heart monitor and prescribed some meds for anxiety. I'm quite afraid to get hooked on meds so I've been hesitant to take them, but I can't live like this so I must start somewhere to get rid of this feeling. Mental illness/anxiety runs deep on my moms side. I had one really bad anxiety attack 3 years ago and I remember the build up of symptoms that led to it, lasted about 20-30 minutes. These are so different. They hit like a truck and last for up to 2-3 hours. I think I'm going to ask for MRI of my brain to make sure there was no damage done from the combination of stuff I took at the initial episode on Sunday night. Every part of my body feels normal right now aside from my head. It's so fuzzy, pretty intense headache, and almost constant dizziness. Could it be vertigo? Sundays night episode threw my central nervous system out of whack and it's slowly correcting? Any suggestions? -

I'm starting to think this might be the issue...I'm going to start to reintroduce some caffeine back into my day as it has been a staple of it for a decade. I woke up at 2 AM with the worst shortness of breath, dizziness that I've had yet. I was having over 500 MG a day of caffeine and went right to zero. There was an abnormality with my EKG, so I'm getting 3-4 more test done at a cardiologist to make sure I'm okay. -

Thanks guys. Sunday night I thought I was a dead man. I couldn't see anything, everything was so blurry. I'll tell you one thing if I make it through this. I've had issues drinking too much caffeine the last few years, it's definitely a drug. I take in anywhere from 4-600 MG a day. This pre workout was 500-600 MG for 1 scoop...That stuff should not be sold to people. I think it did something to my nervous system from overload. Whatever happened it hasn't been getting better, I really hope it eventually goes away as I CANNOT live like this. -

Thanks guys, but actually experiencing some insane reactions to this new pre workout I just got. I don't know if it was caffeine overdose. I had 2 beers before I went to gym after Bills game took pre workout and went to gym for 2 hours. At 7 PM it hit me like a truck. Was in urgent care on Sunday for 3 hours, and need to get a bunch of test done my heart this week. The symptoms are not going away. I've had 15-20 episodes of it. Dizziness, my head is hot and my hands are cold, light headed, shortness of breath. It comes and goes every hour or so. Might be something with my kidneys/liver/heart. Not really sure what it is yet. This is the scariest thing I've ever experienced. I won't be on here much at all until this is figured out. I tested negative for covid today thinking that was the culprit. -

It's been 6 days with no symptoms so not really worried. I've been around probably a dozen people who had positives all with little to no symptoms. I'm ready to move on from covid. -

Any preexisting? My buddy is having a small surgery and had to get a covid test first. He had one at ECMC, an hour later he got his results and positive. No symptoms at all. I talked to him at the gym a few days ago for about 30 minutes. His masks is always below his nose. Wish me luck fellas. -

We had that big area wide snowstorm in Mid. Nov. I believe everyone got from 12-18" at all reporting stations. We had a bigger one this year just farther SE by 100 miles. -

We had some fantastic thunderstorms over our last summer. One of which provided 1-2 hours of lighting and thunder as it came over our area. Still have to put that video together. -

Went for a 4 mile run in the neighborhood. Actually looks like most yards have 3-5" on the ground still. Remarkable snow retention. The LES was pretty sloppy at beginning of event around here plus that 1:6-8 ratio 7" the day before. -

I don’t really care about snowpack but 2-3” of concrete. Lots of pretty big snowpiles left. Actually quite shocked after 2" of rain, thunderstorms and warm temps for days we still have any left. -

Agreed, just saying the USA leadership completely failed in their response. Meanwhile Australia and New Zealand are nearly completely back to normal. I watched a bunch of videos with thousands in the streets celebrating new years without masks on. Would be pretty nice right now to watch next years first Bills playoff game in 25 years in person. Wish we responded to this better. -

Yeah, I share stuff here over on the Great lakes section. Just wanted to point out were pretty close to herd immunity. Vaccines likely too late to make a huge difference. After you factor in Decembers case numbers that is. An estimated 3 million vaccinations were made in December, while it was supposed to be near 20 million.
