    Columbia 6:30am —winds have picked up with some decent gusts. Low clouds zipping in from the NW. Rain batters windows in wind gusts. Temp was 48 around 5am. Now 45 with gradual downward trend at present.

    Temp down from 40 to 38 between 6-8am. Too little, too late.

    Decent icing in Columbia. Heat pump fan outside froze up, meaning no heat, but it’s working again now.

    A meek 35.5 IMBY (Columbia) altho I expect temps to fall a bit more. Was 69.8 yesterday for high temp.

    Was at 69.8 yesterday before the cold front came thru. Columbia, Md. 6am temp at a disappointing 35.5 altho I don't think we are done yet before temps bottom out. Colder temps just to my north still pressing southward. The clouds slowed down the downward temp trend overnight. At 5am I was at 37, so some gradual "improvement" still going on with temps.

    About 1” with very lite snow continuing and temp 33.3. Looked outside at 2:30am and it was coming down nicely and starting to stick on grass and car tops with temp around 35-36.
