    Yup we got annihlated with liquid air for approx 45 minutes i think 6" rain, power out mass flooding

    The good news is the weekend looks fantastically awesome. The bad news is Thursday has been added as an extra for the heat wave, like all the rest this summer.

    GFS simmers the region through the remainder of August except for one brief interlude of normal late next week.

    My turn had plans for a week concerning today, for days the front was to clear last night and it was to be decent weather day had a partly sunny day with 30% chance of shower forecast. Yesterday the screw started to turn the chance increased and finally ground truth a dark dank been raining/ drizzling since i awoke day. Basically the worst weather day of July-August to date.

    The worst heat of summer is behind us what a relief. Lowering sun angle helps with heat from here forward.

    So at the start of the week I looked at Mon-Thur and picked Tuesday as the best the weather day - fail it showered with the 20% chance and turned mostly cloudy and missed the high by 5F so got screwed Now of course all week Friday was looking primo perfect 85F and sunny. Naturally it's turned mostly cloudy and i see showers popping to the north lol.

    Wow look at last year what an absolutely incredible weather anomaly for the dew point I knew it felt sweaty bad but had no idea it was that extreme.
