It’s been alternating here but visibility is way down now, probably .75 miles. Probably heaviest rates I’ve seen. Flake size could be better. Saw some dendrites earlier but pretty small flakes now
Don’t want to get too excited but downstream in SC and Georgia looks great for piedmont and coastal plain. Looks much better than any model I saw! It’s been so long since I’ve had snow from a coastal I forgot what it was like
No one listened to us when we preached the need for heavy rates to get pavement stickage in middle of day in late Feb! It’s 6 degrees below freezing and it shows no signs of caving
Flizzard here. Band stalled out south of Raleigh. Hopefully it pushes NW or fills in otherwise Raleigh gonna be too far west. All CAMs pull it north but in real time it’s not coming north. Something to worry about lol. Rocky mount and those areas look like they’re gonna get dumped on
