  1. I dont know, outdoors rn. but I believe stereo https://www.discogs.com/release/3692587-The-Allman-Brothers-Band-The-Allman-Brothers-Band
  2. Summuh...break out the good stuff. Rare GB copy. Perfect wx night
  3. shut-in wx for weeks, months. Clouds drizzle WINDY then the "monster" storm --1-4" of glop to 5" of rain, while the Greens/Whites are annihilated with 3-5' of powder unless you are doing business like fishing/boating/lobster etc. trapping there is no reason to be anywhere near there
  4. Gorgeous night. High "only" around 92 here but 92/72 is my sweet spot, perfect summer wx.
  5. Hopefully beyond my lifetime, but near-future, SSTs exceed mid-80's to even 90F for those Buzzards Bay type inlets, and so on! And SW, LI sound etc.
  6. hopefully more and more great whites too. Love this new climate!
  7. Persistence works until it doesn't. I think it'll cool some but that's still probably mostly near or AN
  8. That look allows for some weak troughing at times. Not a cold look really, just not endless 70's dews
  9. Yeah definitely a dew down as the central ridge shifts west. Not a bad look for an Aug east coast cane though
  10. ensembles shouldn't be as bullish since they are washed by D10. lol
  11. not I but a friend of a friend, yes. That is rough
  12. Stein evolution. he looks very very thin lately, hope he's okay!
  13. great summer day, again and again, one after the other...it's crazy!
  14. Neither team has any shot of a WS title, how's next year looking?
  15. 18z gfs D5-12 looks really good. I know NE esp. ENE is death knell for thunderstorm activity, but that overall UL/ML look is really good right to the coast with fast-moving shortwaves ripping along the southern end of westerlies.
  16. Anyway, it's not worth arguing that the month is a torch and with the elevated humidity/dews it's AN Beyond next Fri into weekend doesn't inspire much of a cooldown- really a relaxation of heat for a day perhaps Tuesday-Thursday: Tuesday through Friday, a mid-level ridge builds over the regions. Temperatures aloft increase with 850mb temperatures peaking at around 20C in the Weds-Thurs timeframe. A good amount of moisture gets transported over the ridge by Wednesday adding humidity to the mix. Temperatures Tuesday through at least Thursday will range in the upper 80s to mid 90s with the exception of the immediate coast. With the the added element of higher humidity, it will feel more like mid to near 100 Wednesday and Thursday.
  17. 90% of "Boston" is not near or on the immediate ocean, thanks for making the obvious point. lol
