Props to James. Smartest man in the group. Realized the winter went to shit and instead of moaning about it, he went and found something else to keep him occupied. -
The only think epic about this winter is its persistent ability to rub our noses in this steamy pile o' shit. This despite the re shuffling of the deck, pattern change. On to the next threat in 7-10 days from next week.

This is another one of those two part storms where the first wave is important to how the second part tracks...i.e more confluence. Yesterday that first part was stronger which set the stage for the second one to take a more off shore track. Today on the gfs, the first wave is weaker, the second part is slower. Translation....cutter or hugger. I think we went through this not that long ago.

Lol. I expected next weeks storm to crap the bed but I thought it would atleast string weenies along for another day or two. That morphed to a rains to Hudson Bay at record speed.

Could be congrats NNE by go time. Fits the threat theme this winter. Good from far but far from good as we get closer in time.

Looks like another system heading for the lakes at day 10 per euro. Maybe we’ll get a shot at a nice warm up for a day or two.

Yeah hard to tell with the color scheme on TT but that is a warm look. Probably 60’s atleast. We’ll rot in the 30’s and 40’s while they tan napes.

Euro has 850 temp approaching 20c in the mid Atlantic next Friday. Lucky buggers!

The good news takeaway from this is that there are a lot of talented people, both pro and weenie, who put a lot of work and thought into their perspective outlooks. Should this season flop, I’ll bet some of these folks will be doing a full postmortem to find out where things went wrong and in effect advancing the science.

The in fighting during the ne.weather days was legendary. Was like a battle royal with folks from all regions. -
The experience was fantastic. It's just this constant belief that another 2015 will be walking in the door every winter that is going to drive me to drink. I don't want to see it thrown around every winter like the Sandy reference is used by the NYC weenies in every tropical threat thread.

Maybe this is your guys regression season that most everyone knew was coming sooner or later. Fingers crossed it’s not a multi year correction.
