    I have not taken my heat mats off my stone walkway yet. Will wait a few more weeks to see what it looks like....

    Persistent DMV snow hole persists through March on latest WB EPS control run, mean not any better. Guess the good news is there is heavier snow not too far north, south, east, and west!!!!

    WB latest EPS still looks good to me third week of March.

    The problem is that we were fooled big time by the weeklies for this current period. So what makes a month from now different? Skeptical to say the least....

    Teleconnections look ok mid March. Lets's see if Mid March still looks good next weekend.

    WB 6Z CFS: if it is right the rest of February is too warm to snow. First week of March has a window of opportunity and the last 10 days of March look cold.

    Winter Storm Warnings were modified in existing warning areas as well to 4-6 inches in Frederick/ western Loudoun.

    Someone from NWS should explain why they don't divide Frederick County like they do Mont., Howard, Balt. Etc. I mean the watch in Frederick apparently only applies to the far northern tier.
