    Too bad the EURO hasn’t been right beyond 6 hours all winter. Maybe it will be better in February!

    WB 18Z GFS says be content for the next couple of weeks….I remain in the east coast snow hole but still have about 11 inches and have appreciated the sustained cold of January. Kind of reminds me of the 70s when the Greenbelt Lake just outside the DC Beltway still used to freeze most winters where I grew up.

    Light snow starting to stick to mulch, roofs and patio in Brunswick. Little surprised no Advisory in Frederick. Thought the criteria was really low for rush hour.

    I think the wind and cold may be the biggest story for those of us north and west of the city. WB 12Z NAM Sat am.

    WB 12K NAM precip. I am in the little snow hole with basically zilch. But I am very happy for our eastern shore friends. If we can still get a big snow event on the beaches, it can still snow everywhere in the Mid Atlantic in 2022….that is a very good thing for all of us.
