It's a weather board.  It's still a bit of winter to go .It's what we do here . Track weather :D its  not  a Corona board or political board.

Met winter is over. There are 68 hours of astronomical winter left. The window you're citing is during Springtime. It. is. over.

How’s our next snowstorm looking. Are the probability maps looking good?

How anyone could experience a day like today with 70s, flowers blooming, birds chirping, etc. and want it to snow is beyond me. Sunset after 7pm. Cold beer. Spring.

Won’t matter much.  Even with blocking most days in April will be warm. Maybe we get a few days of 40s but most days will be 50+ early April and 60+ after April 15th even in a -NAO.

Even when we get snow in April it’s often 50+ the day before and after. Sustained cold is very unlikely.

50+ in April in DC proper would be considerably below normal. We're in the mid-60s trending toward 70+ on average in April.

It appears this storm will bust low for just about everyone. Places modeled to get 3 to 6 inches in eastern NC are getting half of that at best. Places like Norfolk and VA Beach barely have anything due to Easterly winds off of the ocean. Areas just east of the Blue Ridge got a dusting to an inch and even Asheville and Hendersonville had an inch or less when almost all modeling had them at 2 to 4 inches.

I'm curious as to precip amounts for these areas when all is said and done. Obviously lack of heavy precip hurt many NC areas but toasty boundary level temperatures were equally troublesome. The storm also seemed to be a bit weaker and further south than progged.

It’s going to snow in eastern N.C. for another 6-8 hours. Lol.
