Does these maps include ice & sleet? Also that is 10:1 ratios. It will be higher than that. Maybe we all will get to say ITS PUKING SNOW!!!!

Channel 2 here said the American model says hardly any snow is expected. That was what my brother texted me.

Let’s hope it’s not a crippling ice storm with those temps coming. No warm up like the last major ice storm we had. This could be very ugly.

Lots to consider this week. Long duration event. Very little if any melting for several days. Possibly ice storm that COULD disrupt electricity. Very cold temps following this event. Just a big ole mess.

No. It would be I40 divided but mostly ice. That ice could be sleet included. Crippling would be an understatement.

Yep. Winter is coming with vengeance. Just what we get in TN is to be decided. Ice or sleet or snow. Grocery stores have reasons this week to be busy. This storm will be one to last for several days. It will cripple many areas for several days. The ice will cripple for weeks to months. Over a large area which makes it much worse.

I won’t no part of the ice storm that is being shown across MS/AL/GA. That will be crippling & devastating. Though if we get what models are showing for TN. It will definitely cripple TN for a few days. Thats alot of snow. Plus those temps behind it! We get hit like that. I will call it winter & be very happy.

Having the lights out with the cold temps expected. That would be a hard pass for me.

The GFS has been atrocious but yep I could see it nailing the rain forecast.

To me college sports are dead. Beck was asked if he went to class. He has not been to class in 2 years because he graduated. He takes online classes he said. Grown men playing college football. Sickening. Ok back to hopefully reeling in some SNOW!!
