    Some scattered showers rotating in across the bay from the eastern shore. Fingers crossed to get under a few.

    It’s been dry but at least not baking hot. And the smoke days have limited the sun too. I’ll water the garden plants but let the lawn go. Next winter’s two inch snowfall will look like a foot.

    Tough to beat this weather. I started HH early with an old fashioned while sitting on the glider of my front porch. Perfect breeze for some soft wind chimes.

    It's the closest it's gotten to us in any recent run, so I suppose that high could retreat some more to get that rain here.

    The models struggled with this front and specifically the rain. Looks like some decent totals are possible through central MD. Hopefully it drowns out some of the drought speak.

    Beautiful day in Cambridge. Started out chilly and very foggy, but by 9AM, it was stellar. Perfect day for my niece and I to do her first century ride.

    I don’t smoke but I’d like to try growing it. Unfortunately, I don’t have a fenced yard.
