  1. I just want CPK to reach 10.
  2. Weeklies so entertainment for now.
  3. Beautiful with the snow showers passing through and breaks of sun. Can't believe I made it to 50% of average annual snowfall. This century 6th lowest snowfall.
  4. Would need to be explosive/high rates to overcome temps.
  5. A bit too far east / late this run..
  6. Crazy how CPK stayed out of the heavy stuff on both storms.
  7. Still at a D. I do not track temps just snowfall. Another 4.5 to get me to 20 would bring it up to a C.
  8. Both good patterns produced. Both January and February.
  9. This is the one to watch. Temps will be marginal.
  10. Still looks like we have until the 26th.
  11. Hey Don, It's remarkable to think that if this band was a few miles north, or CPK was in the stronger bands during the last storm, they would easily be over 10 inches. This in of itself is quite remarkable. Still time though.
  12. It's one of those weird records where north, south, east, west and parts of the city all got over, or well over, 10. It's just as incredible that they managed to stay under 10 with these storms.
  13. Thanks Don. It's amazing what a small difference in area can do. CPK was only a few miles from easily passing 10. I think JFK has a legitimate shot at ending the season with more than Logan airport.
  14. It's going to be interesting to see the difference between CPK, LGA and JFK measurement wise.
  15. If someone wants to see the radar loop go to the MA forum that band was incredible!
  16. It's called a clipper due to the speed of the storm not the moisture. There have been blizzards that came from clippers like 2004.
  17. Great storm and congratulations central Jersey! Last time there was a surprise like this was either March of 90 or 91. Forky called it. "Why do they call it an Alberta Clipper? Alberta clippers take their name from Alberta, the province from which they appear to descend, and from clipper ships of the 19th century, one of the fastest ships of that time."
