    This looks like the MJO will follow the last wave (i.e. re-emerge in phase 1). Waters off the coast of Africa are skyrocketing so makes sense.

    I thought we were going to do it in 13/14. I remember having 58 inches IMBY, with the GFS showing a 16 inch event and two snowstorms lined up! Unfortunately the PV pushed all the snow to the DC area that March.

    Yeah I am a bit east in CT and had 92 as well.

    Was a terrible snowfall year.

    Those maps do not show troughing in the central plains. So geographically 1/3 however not sure the true percentages. Perhaps 20% east coast, 35% central and 45% west? Let me know if you find it.
