  1. I still am holding onto all snow for now in Marysville.

  3. Moderate snow started back up in Marysville about 10 minutes ago.
  4. I am anticipating that your 2-4 forecast will verify! Many us now only need another inch or so of snow for it to verify at least on the lower end. Another 2 hours or so of decent snow should make your forecast verify.
  5. Nice ! I swiped these maps from the Mid-Atlantic thread. The cold air at both levels seems wedged in much deeper over the eastern half of PA. Hopefully that bodes well for a few hours of good snow when the rates pick back up.
  6. Light snow continues in Marysville even during the mini lull in the radar. The snow should be picking back up in intensity soo. The radar looks to be blossoming & filling in rapidly in central & western PA.
  7. We have about.3 on the ground as well now here in Marysville with steady moderate snow continuing. It’s a beautiful wintry Saturday morning. I just got back from a nice @Jebman walk. The cold & snow hitting my face was a dream that came true. I realize that this is only a minor event, but any snow just makes me so happy !
  8. Yes, same here in Marysville! Moderate to heavy snow & all surfaces quickly caved !
  9. Nice ! CTP Radar is showing the precip filling in behind the initial band over the western half of PA.
  10. Please let us know how that initial band does for you. Also, do you think the precip will begin to fill in more between the initial band & the main shield in Ohio ?
  11. That forcing looks good for the LSV. Hopefully it will help to sustain good precip rates to fight off the mixing as long as possible tomorrow. We will also need to keep our eye on the critical thickness levels as well.
  12. It’s nice to not need to worry about temps tomorrow morning for a change.
  13. The 12z GFS was a little better for MDT, but no complaints if they put 4 inches of snow in the books tomorrow.
  14. Thanks @anotherman ! Here is the 18z Euro. Between the 2 on the Euro & the 4 on the GFS for my yard, the 2-4 forecast from Monday going by storm type made by @Itstrainingtime looks to be on track, or should I say, on board !
  15. The dew points are currently in the single digits across the eastern half of PA. This arctic air seems to be ready for a fight! I am all aboard the @pasnownut snow train to max out this event tomorrow!
  16. Speaking of the weather, here is another view of the 18z GFS. I have no complaints for my yard! @canderson & @sauss06 would approve as well !
  17. What a very interesting day of posting that I missed today while I was working.... Some folks should be happy that we have no moderator in our forum. Otherwise a few people might be heading towards being 5 posted... Needless to say, it was entertaining. Thanks to @pasnownut & @Bubbler86 for trying to actually post about the weather!
  18. The 6z GFS & 6z Euro both agreed on bringing 2 or more inches of snow from roughly the turnpike on north.
  19. The 0z Euro ticked a little colder & has more front end snow on Saturday before the mixing later in the afternoon.
  20. @MAG5035 There is a nice snow shower rolling through Marysville. There is a light covering outside again. I might need to put .1 or .2 in the books for today between the 2 snow showers.
