    Yes, Wednesday pm is looking better each run for a snow chance. The 0z Euro & Canadian both have this chance.

    I’m riding the 12z GEFS snow train! The first map is the snow through next weekend. The second map is the total for the whole 16 day run. This might be the best 16 day snow map this season without a threat in the short term. The potential is there…will the train deliver the goods?

    The 0z Canadian had a Winter storm chance next Friday.

    The 0z GFS had a snow chance for us next Thursday.

    The 18z GEFS & 12z Canadian ensembles are sending a strong signal that we are not done with Winter storm chances in the next 16 days. These maps, just using them as an indicator, would be a good look for mid-Winter. It’s good to see this for mid-March. I think we will have 1 or 2 more legit storms to track.

    The 18z GFS continued the trend of pushing the Tuesday system further to the south & east. A few more ticks to the south & the LSV would be in the game.

    The end of the 10 day 0z Euro run that I just posted looks like a sustained colder pattern setting in. We should have some chances between the 10th & 20th.

    @canderson You must have missed this post… Check out the pattern that the models are showing from around the 10th onward…. Cold with Winter storm chances are coming back to CTP.

    You beat me by 5 minutes. I have several maps to post from the 18z GFS! Lol…This map would be funny if it verified because the Met at MU could claim a snowless victory while the rest of us are shoveling snow!
