    I’m a lil confused by your post Will. If Worcester hadn’t had a winter below 50% since 99-2000, then how come those other years you listed in the 40’s are after 99-2000?

    I did well last year…two biggies(December and February), and the Super Bowl snow was fast and furious with close to 9” last Feb. But unless it’s(March) way above average which is rare too, so I like to see at least the first 2/3 of March be wintry. After that bring some nice weather, but that usually doesn’t happen either, at least not anything consistent lol. I’m Hoping we can score something over the next few weeks.

    Agree with this. Im at 62% of normal…need a decent hit to bring the grade up for sure. It’s been a frustrating winter for us for the most part.

    @The 4 Seasons 3” of snow/sleet here. Close to 31” on the season.

    NWS says the focus of the light snow later is for SE Mass and R.I. We miss out again it looks like. Although Maybe some mood flakes…?

    I have to disagree on that Kev. I’ve done quite well with many over the last decade. 6,8 and even 10 inch amounts quite a few times. They are decent here for the most part..not double digits, but plenty decent. This one blows though. Ahh well, you win some and lose some.

    Lol wasn’t thinking anything like that. But That wasn’t even all that impressive here to be honest…16 inches and then a ton of sleet. Didn’t live up to the hype here imo. A lil more east and it would have been an all timer..but didn’t happen. Just would like to end on a decent storm is all.

    Ironically my biggest was the first event in January(the 7th), when it overachieved here, and we got 9 plus inches from that modest/measely shortwave.

    Lol…for all of us this time? It’d be nice. But the GFS just puked on itself today. I know 6 days out, but it’d Be nice if it could pull it off?

    Ya it’s very covered and white here with all this sleet on top of 1.5” of snow. Roads are completely covered…cold too 22 degrees. Ya, hope we can score something over the next couple weeks..sure would be nice.

    Boys, first off glad to see you’re having fun with the pics. But I certainly didn’t buy the clown snow maps either. I figured we’d be good for at least 4” here taking a blend of everything. Then we’d sleet. We got about 1.50” of snow it seems, and been pelting like crazy on top of that. Another sucky storm here. Just not our year. Those getting it good enjoy it. At least I got a nice long weekend out of it.

    Scott, more times than not in SWFE I do quite well…then we sleet a bit and freezing drizzle, and done. Solid events here most times for sure. In fact over the last 10 years they’ve been quite good with 8-9” many times. This will be a shitty one. Enjoy the 5-8”

    The euro wasn’t even in the ball park at all. Neither was the GFS. SWFE are usually very nice here. This isn’t gonna be like the run of the mill SWFE, it’s gonna be a lousy one. This isn’t how SWFE usually work here at all. Unfortunately This is the ‘22 version of one. This season everything is a mess.
