  1. CT-MA-RI snowfall totals from this event. Final call was pretty solid for this as well but way more elevation oriented.
  2. Snowfall totals for CT, thanks to everyone for the reports. Below is our final call map which was even more conservative than our first call map, everything got pulled up and in. Overall it lines up pretty well. The 3-6" range was mostly close to the bottom end of that range for far N CT. I'll give it an A- I'll post the Southern New England map later on today when i finish it.
  3. From 8-foot snowmen on the front lawn to 6" tall pathetic little snowballs stacked on top of each other on a ledge...it's kind of a metaphor for winter 23-24, and the last winter too. The amount of snow we've seen in the past two winters compared to normal is directly proportional to the size of your snowman aka snow buddy (to break it down for you)
  4. jackpot? Reports are hard to come by over 1k feet in the NW hills, but we'll find out tomorrow i suppose. thanks for the report
  5. I think your sig is missing a few years there. And i just noticed i got significantly more snow than you in 15-16, thats wild. That season was truly awful for the interior and places like upstate NY. I always thought it was solid here with close to 40", which i would absolutely kill for right now
  6. If anyone has any final totals from CT, MA, RI let me know. I got a feeling that additional 1-2/1-3 was probably more like C-1.
  7. Really hope we can pull some 3"+obs in the NW and NE hills. thats what we went there and most of interior MA
  8. That's awesome, i love to experience things like that with changeovers/mixing. Last year there was a storm i was able to drive back and forth through the rain/snow line within a few hundred feet by just turning the corner and going up the street. Please lmk what your final is after all is said and done tonight, anyone else in CT any reports big or small would be appreciated, thanks!
  9. Damn you got me good. Pretty much what its been here in CT the past 2 years. Averaging Norfolk/Richmond snowfall. I'd seriously change my profile to that name if it was a quick change i could do but i think i'd have to ask an Admin to do it on the backend. OKX CC
  10. So was the emoji. I'm one of those who throws around emoji reactions all nilly willy anyway so I wouldn't read to much into them Anyway rain has commenced, 39F hope yall northern folk do OK
  11. This is gotta be the most ridiculous 10:1 clown I've ever seen. Can't wait for my 15" Euro ticked north/warmer as expected. Still expecting 0-0 here so I guess it's irrelevant.
  12. First call. Will issue an update tomorrow sometime. Starting to think even this is a bit bullish. Up and in and the hills look best for this atm. BOX/OKX is extremely conservative with their maps but i have a feeling they'll tick up.
  13. valley floor vs 500-1000ft can mean the difference between 0 and 10" in many events, sometimes within the same town. And with this type of marginal shit airmass you're probably gonna need it. I'm not bailing yet well see what tonights runs look like, but it's looking kinda bleak for the CT shoreline..need a lot to go right
  14. GEM looks like dog shit, mostly rain. If this airmass didn't absolutely suck, we would have more wiggle room.
  15. you've gotten so many 18-25"+ plus storms over the last 10 years and us central and W CT folks have got zero. Jan 15, Mar 18, Jan 22 come to mind
