    Slight glaze here, although with temp up to 30f and daylight increasing shouldn’t be much of an issue

    Been steady freezing drizzle here the last couple of hours, cars and deck glazed over 29f

    This could have been a pretty sweet month. Two weeks of snow cover and multiple stacked events at the coast is still nothing to complain about, but if modeling had been correct about 2/15-2/25 this month would have been one to remember.

    Is that right? DC's average through 2/12 is 15" (only 1" less than NYC) ? I would have thought they averaged less...

    Quite a bit of black ice in wading river - guess it drizzled here most of the day and continues to do so now, 29f. My driveway is a sheet of ice.

    Don’t quite make 6” here but a nice event and hopefully to be followed by more this week.

    Temp down to 31f here -1” on the colder surfaces, solid coating elsewhere. Been a long while since we had an Eastern LI jackpot - this one was well advertised that way. We’ll see if this afternoon pulls that off.

    11.25” on the ground, moderate snow 31f. We’ve definitely compacted down but this is a nice hearty pack now.

    No mixing yet in wading river that I’ve seen. Moderate snow at the moment. If asked yesterday I would have guessed rain by this time.

    Same in wading river, nice surprise. 14f with a gusty wind. Feels like winter!
