    Just got a quick .23” from a pop up. Was kinda cool how it just blew up after two outflows smashed into each other

    My guess is clouds break for DC at 3pm which gives 2 hours of sun while lee trough now forming west of 81 gets going. Line moves East and breaks into segments. Congrats Hagerstown up to M/D and from Warrenton south
