Definitely have not warmed at all with the sun peaking out, currently 22 with a brutal wind! Snowfall has not stopped but isn't adding much, currently have about 1 inch.

Just started getting moderate snowfall, tiny flakes. Coating every surface quickly, kinda thought roads would be spared haha We still have a couple deep spots of snow, had a snowball fight with my son yesterday.

Dang, that sucks. Those are awesome pics @Uncle Nasty! I love it up here, it's truly a hidden treasure. I find we average 10-12° cooler in winter (other than really cold lows) and around 15° in summer with a never ending breeze. Looks like you will have a front row view of the hangliders too! It's amazing how high above the brow they will get I have struggled myself finding a good builder in this area, being relatively remote. I live off 111 and Lewis Chapel at 2100 ft Msl. Currently 24 and have about 4 inches, moderate sized flakes and some of the heaviest snow I've ever seen 0 road treatment in Bledsoe county, had a couple neighbors leave around 7am and 0 chance they make it back without walking Look forward to a fellow weather weenie on the mountain!

I recall last years night event kept forecasting a change over to freezing rain in low 20 degree temps at my house following the snow... and it actually did! Strangest feeling in the world for it to be 23, stop snowing heavily, and flip to pure freezing rain. Froze my camera lense cap immediately And we didn't leave our house for 13 days...

Woah boy, this snow band means business! Picked up half inch in 30 mins, coming down hard in the blowing winds ! Super dry snow and it's blowing off the roads/roof pretty quickly Wife's about to attempt the drive home, definitely getting ready to get the UTV out (more for fun tbh but looking for an excuse).
