  1. So you’re so upset by an off your meds comment yet you want to use violence against me? Lol. This place really is great. This is just clogging everything up. Mods please delete all this nonsense, mine included. I’m done on this subject.
  2. It wasn’t meant to make fun of, it was a comparison. Please don’t bring out the PC crap and turn it into that. Take that stuff elsewhere
  3. Weren’t you just posting no even 12 hours ago about how much rain was coming and that you were done with this winter? Now you’re back to your old ways with these neurotic posts. Get back on the bi-polar meds, George and quit posting crap like this until there’s multi model consensus inside of 3 days, please
  4. Because he’s one of the many posters down there that are obsessed with Boston/SNE weather in the winter. If they’re missing out the next focus is on here, hoping that we get screwed too. It’s very much a jealousy thing. I know cause I used to be one. Would never come in here and throw it in your faces though like these guys do. Pretty childish.
  5. Big dog potential on the back end of that blocky look. Think everyone (save for a few aforementioned posters) would sign for that then call it quits. Step 1 is to get that look to verify to begin with. Looooong ways to go
  6. Looks good for now. Omega and tblizz gone for now, will return if 00z takes a step back.
  7. It’s a week out. News forecasts can vary greatly at that lead time, really any forecast can vary greatly that far out. Not that odd.
  8. Work for Commuter rail. The amount of issues on Saturday morning were like nothing the infrastructure has ever seen before. Multiple signals just stopped working, hundreds of frozen switches, crossing gates not operating and the worst of them all- broken rails everywhere. About 75% of service on Saturday had to be canceled or had severe delays (more than 30min late). Afternoon improved as issues were fixed and things stated thawing (being able to operate in regular cold) but there were residual issue until Monday morning. Waaaay more problematic than a snowstorm/blizzard or any type of record heat. Truly a once in a generation event
  9. -5 in Chelsea. Logan has 2 hours to break the daily record. A degree an hour is very doable
  10. Pushing 2” in Chelsea and puking. Roads are a mess. This is gonna be the commute from hell. Good things it’s a post pandemic Monday and not tue wed or thurs or it would be worse
  11. I hope you’re right and had faith too until the last few days with some bleak February posts popping up save for maybe the first 10 days of the month. I never count on March to deliver mainly because arctic cold is a lot tougher to reign in around here compared to Dec, Jan and Feb. It’s been the missing ingredient all season so I don’t expect it to really show up in March either at this point. Hopefully I’m wrong
  12. They won’t be for long. SNE and the rest of the east coast is a different story. This is gonna end up one of the worst winters all time
  13. If that 8.2 in Bos is all from that system I would happily take that in the type of winter we’re having. I think most would agree too
  14. Sleeting moderately in Lowell with a few flakes mixed in
  15. Lol blizzard conditions? Another twitter clown.
  16. A complete shift on the eps from cutter to offshore a week out is a great sign that it won’t be at least cutting. Slider or up the coast are the most likely options at this point
  17. There’s your Thanksgiving weekend nor’easter. Imagine the media hype and travel headaches that would cause
  18. Thanks. So basically if a storm and trough are running parallel to each other then they will phase and if they're perpendicular to each other then it will kick it OTS?
  19. How come some troughs can "kick" a storm out to sea as oppose to phase with it like Fiona and Sandy? What is the difference that determines these two outcomes?
  20. Rest of the offensive team is pathetic and incredibly frustrating to watch. They’re going nowhere in October (if they even make it) until that changes.
  21. I think staying away from Providence completely is a wise choice. Still no let up on radar
  22. No end in sight for the same areas in RI and ECT. This could get really bad for them if this continues all evening into tonight.
