    Yeah I don’t buy the 7-9” totals that some of them are showing. I think 3-6” is a solid call, which would still be amazing for this late in the season.

    I’ve been waiting since mid-December for an event like this. With 6” possible in mid April, I’ve gotta stay up late tonight!

    Oh man... all I will say is that I'll believe it when I see it. 9" this late would be wild.

    Haven't been here in a while, but it looks like a legit snow event is on the way, even if it's most likely a few inches. Does northern RI ever get legit advisory events in the second half of April, other than that freak May storm in the late 70s? Because I never thought I'd see anything this late.

    GFS looks better for Okemo.... I'm hoping that if the storm goes so far SE, it won't steal too much energy from the northern system, and that might be able to produce something for ski country.

    Another great day at Stowe, with packed powder conditions and perfect temps. PS: Apparently the images have weird dimensions when I’m on my phone. If you double click then you’ll see them as they should be.

    Another amazing weekend at Stowe. I was on the fence about going, but I'm so glad I did. Looking forward to more skiing tomorrow.

    I had another great day at Stowe today (well, maybe technically yesterday since it's midnight). It snowed all day and there was some good fresh powder on many trails. This hasn’t been a very good season, but these past 3 days at Stowe were amazing. I couldn’t have picked a better time to go up there. Smugglers from Spruce peak was my last run of the day.   This was from up top the Four Runner quad.

    Yeah it’s a really nice little town, exactly how I imagined Vermont to be. Great trip so far.

    Great day at Stowe today, in fact maybe the best all season.

    Very close. Just off Main Street. I feel that I’m almost in your backyard since Barre is right near by.

    Well, I’ve made it to Vermont late last night. Some roads were still snow covered, but there was hardly anyone driving, so I just had to slow down a bit on some stretches. Slept in, so I’m now in Montpelier, and once I’m done with breakfast, I’m headed to Stowe.

    Since my pass covers Stowe, I felt this would be the perfect weekend. Though it will be cold especially tomorrow.

    I'm coming up to Stowe this weekend. It will be my first time ever skiing there.

    I’m in Concord, NH overnight where it is 5 degrees. Heading further north tomorrow. It will be a far cry from last weekend when it was over 60 degrees and I took my sister to Newport.

    Ouch... that looks horrendous, and I think it's fair to assume the mountain has been closed for a while. Don't they usually get decent snowfall? I believe their average is around 70" or so.

    You should do what I did -- move north. Although I'd have to say even here it's been boring since mid-December. Maybe Vermont. Also those 40" winters were never going to be the norm in NYC. You just got very lucky for 18 years.
