I was just in my greenhouse checking on my tomato, pepper, and cannabis plants. I was surprised at how strong the wind is ripping. It must be the new leaves on the trees because it sounds almost sketchy windy.
It's wild how we go from the same weather for 6 months straight (40's and low 50's) to basically summer, overnight. When I was a kid, 35 years ago we had four seasons. Now we have two. Fall and summer.
I hiked up South Mountain yesterday. It was only 35 degrees at Annopoils Rocks with snow showers and wind. It's still deep winter above 1500'. No signs of spring above that.
The sky looks like a June day with a cold ULL crossing the area. There's definitely going to be some interesting storm cells today. There's been a good amount of sun here all morning.
I'm going for a 10 mile hike in Crownsville. We'll see what happens with the storms. I'll be out there in it. I'm sitting in my truck waiting for this batch of rain to pass. I don't want to get soaked to early. Radar looks pretty ominous to the sw, imo. My area has had 1.5-2" so far. It looks like another couple rounds building.
A cloudy eclipse sounds super lame lol. It's all cloudy and rainy, then suddenly it gets dark. I'd just think I was about to get clobbered with a heavy downpour lol
Nothing went wrong. Only thing that was wrong were the humans trying to predict the future. Totally normal winter and probably better then the past few.
It's been super low humidity. My plants are in the last 2 weeks of flower in my greenhouse. I haven't had to use my dehumidifier hardly at all for the second half of flower. If anything, it's been to low. The humidity yesterday got down to 10% in the greenhouse. I put bowls of water in there and it's been up around 30%. The plants are beautiful and 100% mold free lol
