It doesn't make much sense to me. It stalls just inside the BM, and produces very little precip., except for one area of se NYS. NYC gets about 2", so keep your pants on.

What I hate most is the faster occlusion rather than the slightly closer track. ...the latter is more likely to be noise at this range.
