These folk aren't winter people despite what they say...there are perhaps 5 of us here who actually love winter...
-
oh yeah big time, I spent 29 summers dealing with this level of heat and humidity for several months in a row so this is average summer steamer for me

Bro where you been. Make a new name https://discord.gg/q5WqPvmf5p

MDT tied all time high of 97. I hit 100. 93 at 8 pm.
-
Lol
-
Wow
-
it has EEN at 99... considering I run 2-4 degrees ahead of them during the summer I might hit triple digits down here in the valley tomorrow
-
Temp pretty identical to yesterday. 97-98F. Heatwave in the books adding in the 9-F from Saturday. Tomorrow we peak, 100-105F.

This is insane
-
This is a SC heater day but nothing crazy. Agree
-
our SST are now 68
-
Good lord dude lol.
- Yesterday

Yes which is why heat index isn't as comprehensive as something called wet bulb global temperature, which also factors in sun angle and wind speed
-
the overnight lows dont really matter what matters is what the temperature is around or just after sunrise and I predict everyone will be 80 or higher including JFK
-
The lower dewpoints today allowed the temps to get higher. I see Oscoda had a 98.6F reading today. I’m not sure what the official high was there. They’re helped by downsloping though.
-
Mount Pocono at 93 is crazy, how close is that to their all time high?
-
This is up there with the gulf coast Houston to Lake Charles heat all day. I know it when I feel it. In addition, the very long daylight hanging on so we extra enjoy that last swim or BBQ on grill
-
you never would have made it through that 1944 or 1953 super heatwave or even the 1993 one lol
-
highest for me since moving up here but I dealt with far higher heat indexes and temps down in South Carolina
