Really sucks that the truth in Raleigh is always pick the worst model for winter precipitation and run with it.  Dry slot warm nose, dry column whatever.

Literally everyone in the entire state is getting more snow that Raleigh. Like we’re the low end for the entire state, and most of South Carolina

Welcome everyone!!!! I knew it would start getting busy in here. Just wait until this evening. We fell for this shit last week. Why did we think it would be any different. Those clown maps were like a hot chick flashing us....we jumped all over it.

hang in there. the event is just starting across NC. all those echoes across TN/W NC and upstate SC will eventually be pulling east.

Not saying Raleigh is gonna get a foot, but ya'll are still looking good for at least 2-3 inches.

Looks like eastern Wake County has some snow mPings and bands coming from the south…for the Raleigh folk.

Well look at it this way…if we get a few inches it’ll be a nice snow and less time needed to recover if we got something insane.

And looks like many more shots at snow the next 2 weekends.

I’m sorry for bringing the positivity. But considering the past few winters…I think multiple multi-inch events is fun to track.

Not gonna lie, 2-3” of dandruff is going to be an absolute kick in the nads while Charlotte Myrtle Morehead and everywhere in between gets a foot plus. Give us nothing at this point, full blown bust. Burn it to the ground. If we’re gonna fail let’s freaking fail with glory

Yeah I went to college at Charlotte so cool to see them get a lot with this system.

But they will complain about 2-3 inches because they saw a foot. Its ridiculous actually. 2-3 inches is very nice. Just enjoy it.

My outlook has changed since being WFH and having a toddler that goes to school (but doesn’t during snow).

Some people will always be miserable no matter the outcome. If the clown map showed 2 feet, and they wound up with a foot, they would still be miserable.

I hate that even with it actively snowing and already a dusting on the ground I'm scared of the fact it's dry south of Columbia already.

returns are expanding in NE GA and upstate SC and rotating southeastward. relax. it will be snowing in Rock Hill all day.

This was the biggest opportunity in a decade. I doubt any future possibility will be a big one this year.
