gravitylover
And that just spurred a whole line of thought... Some sort of collector at a significant height above the ground above a vertical farm with some sort of spinny power generator turned by the water on it's way down. Food, power and water and they could be just about anywhere. Maybe the first floor has a green market selling fresh produce to the neighborhood too.

Wow this would benefit all of society without taking up too much land and be highly efficient.

IrishRob17
Who'd ever think I'd enjoy sitting outside at 83/74 but thankfully there's a nice breeze. Is it too soon to wish for a "shot across the bow" of lower dews? I'm not sure what's more enjoyable, the lower dews or the summer lovers posting maps showing the return of the dews. I sat on the deck last night as the sun set…and i hate to admit it but the dews were tolerable. I mean there was a nice breeze and good music playing…but im adapting. but still, give me 17 and snowing any day. Lol

Lol I was in Port Jervis for the parade yesterday and despite the clouds and “cooler” temperatures there was no shortage of sweat going around for all body types as it felt like we might have been on the threshold of hell, and there was a breeze there too. gravitylover
We did a street fair in Chatham (NY) and it was unpleasantly hot, probably about 95 on the sunny side of the street where we were and stifling with the humidity and no wind.

Yeah, for all the complaining it actually felt better this morning when it was cloudy and misty lol.
gravitylover
This morning I mowed the lawn and did some yardwork before the sun broke through. It was mostly bearable but still a soaker.
