Some sort of collector at a significant height above the ground above a vertical farm with some sort of spinny power generator turned by the water on it's way down. Food, power and water and they could be just about anywhere. Is it too soon to wish for a "shot across the bow" of lower dews? I'm not sure what's more enjoyable, the lower dews or the summer lovers posting maps showing the return of the dews.
