RVASnowLover
Veratim, a short thump, quick changeover to what would be a crippling ice storm
JB Fins
I would rather have nothing and let the DC crew have their snow. I love winter weather but not at this potential cost.
RVASnowLover
I'd rather have a plain cold rain than the ice storm Euro is showing. Maybe it's overdone but still
mikeeng92
Even if you cut the zr QPF in half for sleet, it’s bad .
chris624wx
Yikes for most of y'all! Glad to be on the coast if Euro verifies!
JB Fins
Well, we still have a couple of days, praying for a better solution, including a shutout.
Hyphnx
I am just going to prepare to lose power for a week. Not a good feeling about any of this. GFS looked decent though.
RVASnowLover
Can only hope EURO backs off from this solution tonight when more data has been ingested. 4
JFLETCHER
I think all of us are in for a snow to sleet/freezing rain event. Even up here in Caroline county, it could get ugly. I can't remember the last time we had 20 degrees and sleet or freezing rain. I hope the focus goes from snowstorm to life-threatening ice storm if the current trends continue. The arctic air after the storm is another big story.
Ephesians2
NAM is going to be at least a SLIGHT improvement from what I've seen in the main thread

RVASnowLover
NAM is out of range so take it with a grain of salt but it had a nice front end thump.

JB Fins
I just ordered a few non-electric portable heaters, so, expect this to trend back to more snow than ice, just doing my part. 1

Please.
Rvarookie
We suck at extreme weather so can’t buy massive ice or massive snow. Given the temps you got to trust that we do what we do best. Solid front end thump and finish it off with mostly sleet
