Orange had 22...and they aren't surrounded by 54F water from what i understand, the airport in marth's vineyard is in the center of the island inside of a bowl like feature, where the sorroundng landscape is higher than the center of the island, which is a lot more flat. so they radiate really well on ideal nights ..
