wiley1
Snow really coming down here now and it appears on radar to be snow all the way to the NY/Conn border.
Mr Torchey
after a short break snowballs falling from the sky again OKX just upped the anty to 1-3 but looking at radar, that might have to be upped again. Light snow 2" on the nose
leesun
2" now and show coming down as hard as it has all morning. Just saw my son get on the bus after a 90 minute delay, right in the heart of it. Go Figure! And they delayed school why?

rivers
its been snowing here since 5 am ..did not measure yet, but they are plowing, so just by looking out the window id say 2-3 inches. we are under a nice band that runs from nyc to eastern n shore of LI and southern ct
Mr Torchey
light to moderate snow continues, with a very nice band of snow all the way back into northern nj, mod snows keep kissing the coast of ct. What a treat. Nothing like WAA snows with a departing arctic air mass!

Will measure at noon, but probably an inch or so anyway already. About .6 to .7 just measured roughly.
Mr Torchey
moderate snow, another sick band entering coastal sw ct. Whatever happens tomorrow is now just gravy, nothing like a suprise snow storm, 4-5" well within reach now especially with this next band over the next 60-90 minutes! monroe
Looks like we got ~3 - maybe a little more. Looks like I'm in the last heavier batch now. They ended up closing our schools.

snowwoman
Well we are nearing a bit over 2.5" here and snow is picking up to a moderate and flakes are getting bigger....Kept my kid home after trying to manueuver the roads with people who are stuck and spun out. One would think peoples snow driving skills would be on par by now with all these storms. I have to say this is a bit worse than last weeks maybe because its more of a surprise to people who though they were getting a snow shower dusting to an 1" or maybe 2".... Mr. Windcredible!
I measured 1" this morning. Seeing how it hasn't let up since I left home 2 hours ago...I'm guessing we're up to at least 1.5". Looking downsteam, 2" looking likely. Heck, that will tie what we had last Friday around here.
