    To add something else in for fun since this isn’t a super serious event, the 12z SHEiLD has a good swath of snow. Jumped north and substantially wetter than its 0z run. Just need it to jump north.

    Looking at guidance as a whole, including recent NAMs (which were pretty good compared to earlier runs today) it kinda seems like somewhere a band will set up and maybe drop a slushy T-2”. Who knows where that’ll be… EPS would say north, Canadian kinda south, NAMs/GFS around DC.

    18z EURO has a better stripe of snow that runs thru CHO-DCA. Maybe a 10-1 inch so probably a bit better than a coating in reality.

    probably not though @high riskusually chimes in at some point to say the snow depth map is wrong too. I'll take Kuchera and roll with the punches when it underdelivers a bit come snow time... if snow time comes.

    12z EURO has a stripe of maybe an inch for Sunday in CVA but it’s generally a light rain/snow mix and not much to show for it.

    Pretty tame year... Jan 16 snow was the best one I saw (missed the Cape storm) and I can't remember any interesting severe.

    Hopefully this means we all flip over for a minute… I’m still salty that there is a good batch of precip after the line but that the temps didn’t line up w/ the line.
