It’s ironic because they had the earliest opening ever due to good temperatures in November and a great start to December and now January is the meh’ month. Luckily the Greenfield recreation department ski program will give us a rain check if tomorrow is lousy.
Taking my kid to B'East the next 4 Saturdays for lessons and some turns for me and the wife. Expecting meh' conditions in the rain tomorrow but I'll still get some runs in.
It was nice to get the driveway mostly ice free today.
Based on no meteorology, I am calling for a rainer every Saturday in January, since I have invested hundreds of dollars in lessons and lift tickets for the family for those days.
N Greens have best shot at a few inches. If this thing loses any more dynamics and shreds out I could see even Bethel getting only 1-2".
Hopefully it surprises and all the mountains get 4 to 6"
