I have good friends renting a water front house in Wading River New York (LI) who have decided to ride it out.
It’s LIS side so hoping they are ok and take lots of pictures.
Despite rainfall and saturated ground I think most tree damage is CT/RI. Small windfield and winds are going to decrease pretty quickly as this moves N.
Those that long for the first New England LF ‘cane in 30 years will notice. The other 99% of the population won’t care.
