  1. Dumping snow. 32/28 it’s nice to be right on the snowy edge of the rain snow line. 2.5”
  2. You probably have much better snow growth but dumping dense here too. probably close to 1.5”
  3. Classic diagonal snow/rain precipitation gradient for this type of marginal SWFE set up. Hopefully lots of folks flip back tomorrow.
  4. Dumping snow with better growth right now. We’ll see how long this lasts… 32/28. SN 1” new.
  5. .50” of very dense and slippery snow. 32/29. SN. Some decent flakes mixing in but snow growth is still pretty tight.
  6. 32/28. pouring moderate, lousy growth grease snow. Won’t accumulate much but roads are already super slick. Could be a high impact yet low accumulation storm here but I can foresee power issues in the hills for sure.
  7. I don’t really have high confidence in my location but 4 inches here would be a huge win considering the winter we have had.
  8. Not unheard of because we’ve seen southern Berkshire higher elevations, turn to rain and sleet before Greenfield and Brattleboro which are both in the valley.
  9. I’m familiar with the area but I’m pretty sure if an elevation of 600 - 800 feet in Massachusetts is going to do well with snow, an elevation of 600-800 feet in Vermont is going to do well with snow. edit: I guess my original point was I thought you made it sound like he wasn’t going to do well where he is but that area, even at a lower elevation is going to do just fine. I mean sure, they won’t jackpot. I was thinking about more from the perspective of who gets taint and Townsend won’t.
  10. Oh' I didn't realize that but makes sense when you look at how often Amherst, just to the West, gets so badly shafted sometimes.
  11. Even though the NAM rains into NH it still drops a couple inches here on front end. I foresee two rounds of shoveling with this one. Snowblower is not fixed yet so I need to decide if I’m calling the plow guy or not. Shoveling 90’ driveway of heavy wet snow is not in the best interest of my back.
  12. Yeah, it has decent snows hanging back all the way into Albany after the rains. I am slightly skeptical but we’ll see.
  13. Just screenshot your picture, crop it and then post it. That should make it a considerably smaller file size.
  14. I feel like it’s more often right then wrong this close in with marginal set-ups. Certainly does well nailing transitions to sleet and rain wrt warm mids.
