  1. Your sounds about right. I'm about 10 miles north of you and measured 3.5",with very little sleet. Being north was no advantage, I missed out on the thump this morning.
  2. 3" so far. Moderate/heavy snow. 24F
  3. At least at my location the yellow band on Cod radar was just a result of big flakes, not higher rates. Bummer.
  4. heavy snow now and about to get into the yellows. Should be fun. 1.75"
  5. Moderate snow with nice sized flakes but only 1" so far. 22F
  6. Lgt/mod snow with small flakes. O.5". 22F
  7. How are you doing down there in Texas?
  8. 34" to date. Sure beats last winter.
  9. When you don't even need a moderator you know it's laid back. Lol. This is a great subforum. I think Ant agrees, since he's posting here alot.
  10. 6.75 and still coming down pretty good. Will easily go over 7".
  11. 5.0". What a great event! Looks like the last couple of hours the rate has been 2.5 - 3.0 in/hr.
  12. heavy snow with huge flakes. 2.25" so far.
  13. O.75". Had a period of moderate snow with very lerge flakes. Really nice.
  14. I haven't read Miller's journal article yet but I always considered a pure Miller A to be a storm that developed from a low originating in the southern stream, travels through the southern states or gulf and eventually redevelops off the coast from Georgia to NC. If the low traveled up to Tennessee or Kentucky before transferring to the coast I considered it a Miller B hybrid. A Miller B originates from a low in the northern stream, and when reaching Ohio, Kentucky or the Tennessee area, transfers to the coast from SC to NJ. Now I'll read the journal article and see how wrong I am. lol
  15. MGorse doesn't count? I will say that we used to have a few more. Hey, Ray stops in sometimes to post Ewing's snow amounts.
  16. Yea, Ewing got into the backside snow. I didn't get squat from that. Iceman and I were in a snow hole. I got most of my snow in the morning.
  17. Ended up with 14.5". Now that the fun is over the dreaded clearing starts.
