Berkshire East was deserted the day after Christmas, no more than 10-20 people in line for the quad at any one time. No snowmaking yet on most of the advanced terrain. The conditions weren't good, firm groomed over icy patches.
The 1.81" of rain melted more of the snowcover than did the temperature. Only around 38F last night with the heavy rain. It was in the Upper 40's and lower 50's just to my South.
My neighborhood still has some snowcover, but undrained areas and fields are bare. Still had continuous snowcover for two weeks. Not bad for Enfield in early December.
Currently overcast with areas of fog and 44F.
