  4. i like it being so dark in mid afternoon...
  5. only 79 in the city...cool for mid july standards...
  6. any chance the almost 2 inches of rain the last 2 days plus what falls later can put a damper on how hot it gets the rest of this week?
  7. not quit a inch in the park 0.84 fell this morning in about 30 minutes..
  8. what a deluge we had here in upper manhattan had to be over a inch in a short period of time.
  9. down to 72 in the park feels kinda cool..
  10. a beautiful summers day dew points in the mid 50's cant get any better then this for the middle of july..
  11. i will enjoy the rest of the day and tomorrow not bad for mid july...

  18. sun sets today at 8:30 pm when it was 8:31 for almost 2 weeks .wont be to long before it gets dark early...
  19. back to back july days where humidity levels reached the 20's in nyc when was the last time that happened?
  20. another beautiful day with low humidity. it s hard to believe this is happening in the month of july...
  21. so far things could not have gone any better if you do not like hot weather for the nyc area,, a occasional hot day here and there since may and quite a few cooler and dry days perfect..
  22. when was the last time around the 4th of july did we have humidity levels in the 20's..
  23. even the nws gets it wrong for the city.. this was there morning forecast High pressure will build in from the Great Lakes and Ohio Valley the rest of the day. This should help bring in a push of drier air with dew points falling into the 50s inland and to around 60 degrees near the coast. dewpoint has been in the 40's in the city
  24. feels much nicer already in the city nice temps dew point slowly dropping going to be a glorious summer day..
  25. i am glad tomorrow the humidity will be dropping i do not think i could have survived another day with a dewpoint around 70...
