Fwiw channel 7 going 4-6for most with 6 to 8 for ct, ri, southeastern ma. Wankum is 3-6 in Boston.more se. Bouchard is 4-7 here more south. Fisher is 2-4 and 3-6 south.

Fwiw Harvey has a very similar map. He brings the 2-3" line closer to the coast but he doesn't seem to impressed with rates closer to the coast in particular.

Yeah same here. Portuguese and Italian also. The Portuguese side went from Cambridge Somerville area to the south of Boston area (down 24) and the Italian side went from Cambridge to the north up to Wilmington over to Saugus. Me, I stayed in the ville and very glad I did. Houses around here are and have been bananas for long time. Most houses are 1 million plus and rising (for now).
