    30 here would put Boston about average. It's very possible (we could do it in one storm) but it would be foolish to expect such a comeback here on the coast imo.

    I hear you but I've seen and read on here about "snow to coast" more than once and just thought that it might mean something more than a sloppy inch?

    Fwiw Harvey seems even less impressed with this setup then he did yesterday. Talk of brief snow on the coast before rain. Thinks the winds at the coast change us form snow to rain without sleet.

    Flake size is smaller but intensity is still strong.

    The trees have that wet base on them around here and now the lighter slightly drier stuff is sticking to them. Temps are still at 32 so hopefully that drops soon.
