  1. That is save material right there
  2. Fwiw Matt Noyes thinks 26th is mostly snow showers and his ten day is cold and dry.
  3. Yeah same here. Portuguese and Italian also. The Portuguese side went from Cambridge Somerville area to the south of Boston area (down 24) and the Italian side went from Cambridge to the north up to Wilmington over to Saugus. Me, I stayed in the ville and very glad I did. Houses around here are and have been bananas for long time. Most houses are 1 million plus and rising (for now).
  4. It's really a dividing line of the charles river. Getting to say jp from Cambridge north is pretty much a disaster . Roads are too clogged and have too many traffic lights. It's just another reason why people stay where they are. It might change if the infrastructure changes or if we have a significant drop in population.
  5. Yeah its very tough for people without property around here. City's around here are trying with more affordable units required for new developments and even requiring that developments be bigger so they can build more units. It will at some point burn itself out. People will decide they don't need to be here for many different reasons, reasons we probably can't even guess at now. Happens everywhere on a long enough time scale.
  6. I never said Boston didn't have a homelessness problem. What i was pointing out is that Boston will never be San Francisco. San Francisco and parts of L.A. county are completely out of control, but a big reason why is climate. A climate we don't and hopefully will never have.
  7. Boston will never have san frans homeless problem. San Francisco is out out of control along with southern California in that regard. Even if Boston had higher prices than San Francisco our climate alone would limit the amount of people who can live outside. The homeless here are very unfortunate but also some of the toughest people I've ever seen. The service workers will move further away. Many now come from southern New Hampshire or central mass. This is unfortunate but also a sign of a healthy economy and a city that people want to live in.
  8. I should do that. I would have more hair if I did...
  9. Hoping models get a handle on this soon and save us some sleep.
  10. The local tv mets don't seem to think rain is real possibility. They do seem split however on how close this gets so some are saying light snow others think bigger.
  11. Bouchard still hammering the 26/27th fwiw. Fisher doesn't seem very impressed.
  12. Yeah Bouchard said the same thing.
  13. Bouchard hyping the 26th so there's that...
  14. Scooter and kevin, two sides of the same coin....
  15. Clearly you missed the joke. I've been watching the boards for 17 or 18 years and everyone knows day 8 stuff is a fools errand but when the threats start to work out life here will get exponentially better.
  16. This is going to be a lonnnng winter if the day 8 potential doesn't start to come through at some point...
  17. Been saying that for years. A few more years like the last two here (in Boston) and it will be a pay only site. Like Brazzers...
  18. Buy it. Much cheaper than store bought fuel. You can get away with 93 octane but I would not store it in a machine for very long.
  19. It's about $20 a gallon so I personally mix it with 93 about half and half but if you want to splurge strait is fine.
  20. You can cut pump gas with this or buy the 93 octane.
