Man was that a storm today! Finally! At least 40 mph wind gusts for nearly 15 minutes...thunder and very hvy rain. Lots of power outages in Fuquay!!!

We got rain but lastnight but still...the air seemed so stable. How do we not get t storms after so many days of high heat and sun? Things just seem not so typical around here. Normally we would see at least some lightning and heavy downpours even after 11pm. Horrible spring so far.

I will say a D in south wake. My reasoning is we got more snow last season and the snow fell during the day last year. This season got 2.5....2 inches of snow at night and a half inch of sleet also at night. in addition, you have to throw in the epic bust of both systems over wake co. Dry slotted both storms. I don't care about the dustings before that.
