    Red echoes on radar...snow rates at this moment are insane! An inch in like 30 minutes!! I should change my name. Lol

    It is snowing like crazy now north side of fuquay...it's hvy snow and still mixed with sleet which is crazy!

    Ripping mostly snow and sleet in fuquay. The atmosphere is fighting hard!

    There is literally no way to give yall the current observations in F-V. When the rates lighten up...all sleet...once they pick up...huge flakes mixed with sleet (current scenario). Been bouncing back and forth for hours! Lol...maybe half inch of snow/sleet. Roads are clear for most part.

    It's moving north! All sleet here now. It was a mix. 26 degrees...just a dusting still

    That is weird. It's 26 is southern wake co. Why is it so much warmer in the foothills and mountains?

    Well...mixed with sleet in Fuquay Varina. 27 degrees...two hours of snow and only got a dusting. Sucks.

    No sleet in Fuquay Varina yet. I fear by the time the heavier rates get here it will be sleet. Been snowing for over 2 hours and only sticking on the roof.

    Not good if u r getting sleet in Smithfield already. Bad news for Wake Co. What is new? 2 hours of wasted snow in Fuquay...just hardly a dusting.

    So all I see is snow maps. Are they including that with sleet? I am wondering what the snow/sleet totals could be for southeast wake?

    I have a question, is the low off the coast weaker now? If so, I would think the warm nose would be weaker for southern wake co. Anyone care to help me understand?

    Where are all the experts that said...Temps will not be an issue! Lol...wrong. I feel bad for Fayetteville area. Problem is everyone concentrates on their own backyard. Temps will.go below freezing when the precip stops

    Wow...32 in roxboro...I think we get lucky to get 3 inches....but I am betting lower.

    What is so bad is if the snow were top stop now...it would melt within an hour.

    What? You live in North raleigh...no snow hole. That is offensive. I work in North raleigh and seen the half inch of snow at my house and 6 inches of snow in North raleigh...more than once.
